Order your carpeting there only if you have a lot of patience. The customer service is very poor. They don't return phone calls and when you go to the store, they're always on break, or lunch, or not on duty. The carpet that was supposed to be installed within 10 days took 3 weeks to even arrive. The price includes old carpet removal and furniture moving. They tried to charge me $300 more to move a wardrobe, 1 hall table, and some closet furniture. So I moved it myself. Then when they arrived they tried to charge us $200 more to move our master bed. Even though the estimator took pictures and gave us the price. We had to call the main office after the workers refused to move it and argue the point. They finally relented, but overall very bad taste over the whole episode. Part 2. A few weeks after installation, our alarm system started shorting out. ADT determined they had probably cut the wires that are commonly run along the 2nd story floors. I notified Karen Velasquez at the store, who manages that department and they submitted a claim. The claims department called me back and said tough luck. In the installation agreement, they aren't responsible for any wiring.

It's a good place, good stuff, good quality, but VERY slow service! If you're​ in a hurry, than I don't recommend this place.

Steadily declining in customer service over the past 4 years. I have used this Home Depot for 17 years now. I also use the Lowes 1 mile south of it. I would have rated this Home Depot 5 or 4 stars from 2000 till 2013. But since 2013, customer service has steadily declined. There are still some very good workers there. I have to seek them out for a question. But more and more, it is becoming harder to find someone to help. Registers are closed. Associates don't know where products are. It takes a long time to get someone to cut wire, or wood, or exchange your propane tank. I once spent 35 minutes at the store for a single propane tank exchange - while the BBQ at home was waiting. Another experience, - on Saturday, I paid a $79 fee and scheduled the return pickup for a return delivery truck to take back unused concrete bags on a pallet. The driver called me at 7am Monday morning - I advised him we were available all day after 10am for the pickup - he advised he would call later in the day with the time he would come by. The truck never came, and that's after calling him back repeatedly and texting him and calling the store 3 times. Finally at 9pm, Customer service called me to say they are working on resolving it, but unfortunately for me, I will have to take a second day off work, Tuesday, to be present for the truck to arrive. Lowes 1 mile south has less traffic, is not stocked as well, but is improving in service in comparison to Home Depot Weston.

Terrible experience with Home Depot online. I placed an order online for 2 of this McCarthy Outdoor lights Dec 28 to pick up at the closest store. Sometime later I get a call from the store stating they can't fulfill my order because their systems are a mess and they just don't have it. They cancelled the order and suggested I should try again picking up at a store 15 miles away. The lady said "I don't trust our computers when it says there is less than 5, it is always wrong"..... Really? I then called customer service, useless. No attempt to solve the problem, ship the order to me, or get the product from another store to fulfill their offer. With so many reliable vendors online, why bother? Stay away from Home Depot online! A waste of time. Jose Trevino.

I have been all over town looking for a special type of circular saw I can use to cut the pavers on my driveway. I finally tried Home Depot near my home and they were very helpful. The person was very knowledgeable on the different types of circular saws and helped me pick the exact one I needed without spending a ton of money. I love the customer service and completely trust their opinion and expertise. Great experience!
