We found Elehondro above and beyond helpful in picking out and ordering our tile, grout and supplies, and Sasha at check out was more than gracious and wore a cheery smile in directing us and getting us help right away. The products we selected seem to be high in quality and as we wanted, USA porcelain. They have a very good selection, as well fairly priced. We also looked at Italian, Spain and Chinese tile. Actually, I am a home depot frequent shopper, but I decided to try Floor and Décor. Phil waited on me and was very courteous and patient. I left and returned later. Phil recognized me on my second trip and offered to help me again. He was very patient and he helped me sort out my tile and loaded my car. Thanks Phil I really appreciate how much you went above and beyond to help me. Satisfied Customer

Great tile selection, and good prices. We're about to start our third remodeling project, but by far the biggest one. So you end up making several trips during the week, however the interaction with the staff is hit or miss. Some day's they are courteous and other times it seems like they are trying to avoid you.

Flooring GREAT - Service VERY Erratic. We special ordered bamboo flooring (which is gorgeous and we love it) and we needed the flooring delivered to our home because there was a lot of it and we live 2 1/2 hours away from the store. The salesman said that was no problem and I asked if there would be a charge and he said no. Also, he told us that it would be 3 weeks, at the outside 4 weeks until it was delivered to our home. Nothing was every mentioned about us arranging for delivery. We were okay with all of that and we ordered and paid for the flooring which we thought was a very good price (and it was). When 4 weeks went by, I called in the 5th week and was routed to receiving and then the nightmare began. The shipment hadn't come in yet but it was due to arrive in Miami soon, and someone would call me when it arrived. I asked about delivery and I found out then that we were supposed to arrange separately for delivery to our home but a manager said that the store would take care of it because the shipment was so late, which I appreciated. A week went by and no one called, so I called receiving again and talked to a different person. I was told that it had arrived in Miami and would be at the store in a week and that she would call me when it arrived. No one called me back. Then I called again and one of the managers in receiving said she would research it. She did call back and told me that 27 out for 47 boxes had arrived at the store and that the other 20 would be arriving separately within a couple of days. She said she would call me back when the boxes got there. Now the thing is - delivery was only curbside so someone had to be at the house when the flooring showed up, rain or shine. It wasn't as simple as waiting until I could come pick it up at the store. So a couple of days go by and no one calls so I call back so I call and I talk to the same manager and she assured me that everything would be at the store the next day and that she would call me. Well the next day no one called by mid-afternoon, so I called later in the day and it turns out she wasn't even working that day, and receiving was unaware that the store was coordinating and paying for delivery. So I called back and talked to an operator and asked to speak to the store manager. The operator connected me with someone who sorted the whole problem. Now all along people were telling us that 27 of the boxes had arrived. He told us that there were only 26 boxes and later he found out that another box was not with the order but he finally managed to get all the boxes on the truck and coordinate the delivery (for which we were not charged) with my husband because by this time I had to go out of town. It was now almost 2 months since we had ordered the flooring and I wasn't able to be there for the delivery. I had installers scheduled whom I had to put off until we actually had the boxes in our possession. So we did finally get the entire shipment delivered to our home but I don't know if half of it would still be sitting in Miami if I hadn't pursued it. Now I gave the place 3 stars because the flooring itself deserves 5 stars and is really good quality bamboo and once it was installed it looks fabulous and I love it. I took away 2 stars because the receiving department and the sales department are a mess. First of all the salesman should not have told me that there was no charge for delivery and didn't bother to give us any details except delivery date, which turned out to be delivery date to the store, not to our home. So essentially the store was expecting us to pick up the order. Secondly, the first receiving person who actually takes the call should be the one to contact the customer and be conscientious enough to do that and keep the customer informed even if it's just to tell them that the order is still en route. There needs to be much better training and that is either a corporate failing or the individual store management.

Great, they loaded everything for me. I will be sure to shop here always. Dont go to home depot they will not honor you buying in quantity.
