The workers were so friendly and nice. If you had a question they were happy to answer them. Following up with that, if there were sales going on they told you even if you didn't asked. One of the better Disney stores I've been too and I am sure to visit again.

I'm not typically a fan of Disney, but this store was great. Good atmosphere, good products at good prices, and friendly staff. Only problem was they forgot to take an anti-theft tag off a shirt I bought.

Disney is an amazing store with some excellent collections available. The store is huge and has variety of stuffs available for different age groups. I loved the engagement of the staff and the vibrancy inside the store. The location of the store is quite special since its right at the Times Square. A must visit experience!

Was wandering around confused, looking for Cinderella, and Darius is in front of me, asking if I need help. So, I ask him where cinderella is - 'oh, she's in the castle upstairs' he says! What a lovely, very helpful and joyous person to come across. And the other staff in there are mega helpful and kind too. Kathleen at the till. And Carolyn who went off in search of Arial! Thank you all for your patience... Customer service is not easy I know! 😊

If Walt Disney World is your home away from home, the Disney Store is your home away from your home away from home. (My wife came up with that) Every time we go it is truly a magical experience from start to finish.
