The Mountain Bayou is that place when you're on vacation and you ask the front desk concierge' or the local shuttle driver, "where do the locals all hang out? Or where can we eat out and still have money in my pocket for the ride back to the hotel? With out a doubt, here in Snowmass, it's The Mountain Bayou. We've got the coldest, cheapest beer in town. The best burger in town, and of course, all those great Cajun dishes from the Bayou's of Louisiana (our chef if from Lafayette)! And, you'll definitely find that local flavor you've always been searching for!
