Nice hotel, conveniently located near Harold Square, Empire State, Madison Square Garden hub. Kind of surprised for a Wyndham Hotel. The Art Deco theme seemed more of a budget compromise from it's conversation in it's past life as a Ramada than a true reflection of it's current status (cute but comic book). Prices in the Italian restaurant also reflected the look. Very reasonable, especially at lunch. Staff was very nice although the waiter was a bit standoffish. Hostess was very nice and accommodating. Three stars, nice not luxurious 👏

This hotel is small, but oh so nice. We had a great experience, centrally located, comfy beds, clean rooms. So awesome. Only down side... we had such a horrible experience with a waiter at the connecting restaurant, big rude guy really gave us a hard time. Would not give us his name and removed his name tag. Yelled at us for not tipping, so i had to stop, and turn around and explain how rude and uncomfortable he made us feel... so sad. But other than that a great stay!

I have just had a week here. Great location in the hustle and bustle of NYC. You're just a short walk from times Square, Macy's and MSG is just across the road. The hotel it's self is nice. The rooms are a good size, clean and tidy. That's all you need really as most of the time you're out and about sight seeing. Staff were polite and the hotel was well priced and as expected. Would stay here again.

Great hotel... I would defiently say get the room with two queen beds much more space. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is nice and clean. Can see Madison square gardens from hotel. Very close to the Macy's like a 2min walk.

The hotel location is around the garment district and around a 10 minute walk from Times Square and other theatre's. There are Subways just a short walk from the hotel and Penn Station is across the street. It's a bustling area and you'll feel right in the heart of the Manhattan. The hotel has a history worth reading about. The rooms are mostly small, common for most Manhattan hotels in my experience. I felt out could benefit from modernisation - however part of the charm of the hotel is it's old school feel. The bathrooms are small with little space. The hallways are bleak and sparse. It's a busy hotel and they hold many events.
