What an awesome hotel! Yes,  the rooms are tiny, but that is part of the experience. I think they have changed the bathrooms recently,  because my husband's and I were able to shower and use the facilities with at least some privacy. They will even hold your luggage after you check out for just $2, which is amazing if you're going to be walking around the city. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful,  and the check in/ Check out process was amazing (completely automated)!

Great place to stay! Have stayed here twice, once in the winter and once in the summer. Enjoyed both of my stays. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop patio that is open in the summer time. The hotel it's self has a modern feel to it, and the rooms are very nice as well. The location is very close to times square which is also great!

Overall a good experience. Pleasant staff and decent rooms. The decor is interesting but not unpleasant. Recommend for quick trips. Watch or for the $30 fee on top of the cost. I didn't see this until the last minute. It was still a decent price but I hate those fees, it should be included in the cost and not hidden at the end.

Small but smartly furnished rooms. Amazing bed, great gym. Removing a star because they charge for holding on to the luggage after the check out, outrageous, never had that in my many travels. Ever. Overall a good experience, good value and good location. Good for being a 3-star hotel.

The food is AMAZING, truly delicious Mediterranean food with good portions and very reasonable prices. Decor was interesting- the room had a divider, the restaurant side was classy with many plants, but the other side was very eclectic. The side bleed into each other, which was a little odd. The service was a little off. The waiter didn't know what kinds of teas (only knew flavors) they had, and didn't deliver enough hot water for the table when 3 people ordered tea. I would definitely go back, overall fine experience.
