Great hotel for my first trip to NYC!!! Loved the bar vouchers for free drinks (ask the front desk). The hotel is close to the subway and time square. Everything you need is right here. Learn the subway and get your tour of the city started. Everyone working here was very helpful in getting me thru the city. Will for sure stay here again. THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Very clean, conveniently located near theater district, relatively quiet...only a few rooms per floor. Nice toiletries and bathrobe to enjoy. Staff is friendly, helpful and responsive.

Nice, very clean, quiet and we'll appointed rooms. Towels and linen changed every day. The staff were excellent throughout! Hotel bar seemed pricey (3 Beers $26), but then this was my first trip to NYC and I've nothing to compare it with. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed staying here. The hotel is in the perfect location and was reasonably priced. The hotel is very clean and the elevators are fast! We felt very safe. I loved the guess service. Brittney was very friendly and helpful. The entire staff was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! We plan to stay here again!

This is a beautiful and clean hotel. All the staff from the car to the bar, etc. We're exceptional! Very friendly and very professional. Room was wonderful. Bathroom was wonderful. Only thing not real thrilled about is the hotel "resort" fee. It would be nice to opt out of it if only staying for a day or 2. Not really necessarily a perk to pay $25 for high speed internet, gym, 2 bottles of water, and 2 drink tickets for the bar. Don't need the internet with my cell phone, and don't need to gym if only staying for a night. But, still we enjoyed our stay and will most likely stay there again.
