The Pony Shop needs to get off their high horse. The staff came off as condescending and elitist. 
Pricing is ridiculous, when it comes to simple repairs they will charge a 20-30 dollar labor fee every chance they get. I cant believe this place was ever reccomended to me.

Very helpful, probably have gone in here 100 times, super helpful and great prices compared to other local bike shops. I have bought a bike for riding around town and a cyclo-cross bike from the pony shop. And in  about a week I am going to buy a road bike from them. Very good selection of bikes. Good for someone starting to bike and the best cyclist in the state.

Great service. My 12 year old son got his first bike here yesterday. He is thrilled with the bike. I appreciated the safety tips including how to brake, how to wear a helmet and how to lock the bike.

Do not take your bike here for repair!

I went in to get my wheels trued. Got there, they tacked on $20 for a "brake adjustment" that I never asked for. They wouldn't take the charge off and the mechanic "Vlad" was conveniently absent to explain what's going on. So then I suck it up and ride the bike home only to hear the spokes are super loose and making a ton of noise. I go back, another fellow fixes it (light haired guy, super nice. Probably the only person I liked there).

Took him like 20 minutes, didn't put it on a truing stand though just tightened them. Whatever, if it's still true I won't complain. So riding it now and the disc brakes squeal constantly after the surprise $20 "adjustment." Absolutely floored with this experience. Never will go back. I'm going to stick to Everyday Cycles from now on. Maybe he can fix the brakes Pony Shop royally screwed up.

Went to pick up an ordered new bike today, and though your website indicated you were open - alas, you were closed!!!   I understand the holiday time, but maybe next time you could alter your website info.  See you next week! Happy New Year!
