They always give you way to many phone reminder calls.  People know when there bills are do.   I wouldn't rent from them down the road not enough good product available.

We went in early in the morning in order to purchase a mattress. We asked exactly what we needed and were told one thing, then instructed to go home and wait for their call. After all my information was verified they claimed they needed a release of information from my landlord. My landlord faxed in the papers sometime later. I called to see if I could have my item delivered and was told that it was to late in the day despite the fact they aren't closing anytime soon. This is a poorly ran business and when a customer comes in and ask what exactly "do you need" any business owner with common sense would know the policy and procedures of their establishment and SHOULD be able to obtain all the required documentation prior to a customer leaving. Never once was I called by this business to be told that I could not get my item. I had to call and hound them essentially doing their job for them only to be told that my item could possibly be delivered tomorrow.  Yeah No Thank You!

Highly recommend this place. Mark is a great guy and I always come here for my rent to own needs.
