This store is so convenient and efficient. If you need to ship, pack, or print they have the expertise to make it happen. They also have safe and secure mailbox services. I also love that they have a Notary when I need one.

At this time i don't even want to give a single star but there is no other option left .. worst experience I ever had at this particular store. For 10 inch tape they want you to buy a whole tape roll and if you want them to put 10 inch tape, they will charge 50 cents.

Awesome guys who work there, very helpful!! I get embarrassed easily, so when I had to ship my first package, they made it a breeze! I tried printing my own labels at the library, got so frustrated with myself. These guys told me exactly what to do, and I'm so thankful for it. Thanks dudes!!! :)

How do you rate a UPS store franchise? Easy. The hours of operation, the facility infrastructure and the staff. All the boxes checked here.

Don't Use International Shipping I had a good and bad experience with this UPS store in Edina. I came in after work to ship what amounted to 20 sheets of paper to Qatar. There was one person in the store and to be fair, it was busy. The gentleman that was working was obviously new but tried very hard to be helpful. He was the good part of the good/bad experience as he tried to help, going so far as to call another employee for advice while we spent an hour trying to figure out how to get my envelope shipped. The bad was that after an hour, we still had not worked it out. I ended up going to an actual UPS location where it took me less than 10 minutes to ship my envelope.
