We just bought a full size SUV from their Martin Way used car site.  The staff were great, no high pressure sales, in fact perhaps a bit too low pressure since they were more than willing to let us walk out after we had made an offer on the vehicle.  But the next day we got a call with a counter offer that was very reasonable and we accepted.  I would definitely buy from these guys again.  I would recommend Amy Washington or Michael Eaton.  For others on this site that have problems with their vehicles... we are buying used cars -- there is always a certain amount of risk in that.  I have bought many used cars in the past and about 70% of the time they turn out great.

We'be bought two cars from this dealership. Both times worked with the same salesman, Joel. He has been great and professional on both occasions. This lot clears used cars all the Titus-Will dealerships generate so they have a good variety and the inventory rotates a lot. They also have a bargain lot where they have had some good deals for that kids car / beater you might need. Also, they have got us great financing which you normally don't get for a used car.

Had a great experience here. Took time to listen to what we wanted, 100% honest with us. Did everything they could to help us get what we wanted. Definitely would recommend!

Very unorganized dealer. Every time I've ever purchased a car in the past from other dealers. The sales person, or someone representing that dealer would call,  and check to see how I'm liking the new car I purchase within a week or two. I've heard nothing from this dealer, in fact I had to call multiple times to see if the licence plates for the car had come in yet. The salesman said they would call. Well the last time I called, I found out that they had mailed them to my address. That's not what I asked for. They never arrived at my address, and I ended up having to go to DOL and purchase plates on my own. The dealer did refund me for the cost of the plates, but nothing for the trouble. Not even an apology.  Now we are finding out that the car we purchased is having a transmission problem.  Took it to another dealer, and the confirmed that yes it does have a problem. So now we car with a problem. Good thing I purchased a warranty, NOT. Looking at the fine print of the warranty. It looks like they won't cover much at all. OMG!

I would never do business with this company. First off, I called Costco and was setup with a salesman at Titus Will. He  initially called me and I told him what car I was interested in. He said he needed to call me back and I never heard from him again. I then went to the Titus Will lot and found a salesman. I was pre-approved for a loan, test drove the car, went in on two separate occasions and was ready to purchase. I felt like I was doing all the leg work. I called him twice and he didn't really seem into selling me a car that was $65,000 and had been sitting on their lot for 85 days. Unfortunately they have lost my business and I will be telling on my friends and family to never to business with them. I really like keeping my money in Olympia but not this time!
