I was desperate for an oil change as I hadn’t had one in a while and especially dealing with my father’s passing it wasn’t on my mind.  When I saw that I was at 1% reality kicked in.  Normally I go somewhere else and pay nearly $100.  I called Towne and they opened up at 8.  I was in their drive @750am and they took me!  Immediately they brought to my attention that the insert metal that goes into the oil was not fully inserted which explained the weird sound it was making.  Thank goodness my car didn’t breakdown. Not only that but one of the caps off my tire was missing and they replace that!  I paid less than $45 for my vehicle!  On top of all that they had the best attitude and a genuine concern for my safety and my vehicle condition.  I was so impressed that all the baked goods I was taking to work I gave to them!  They clearly knew their stuff and were kind!  They gave the best service and saved me money!  I had peace of mind. Simply the best!!!!

This is the best car wash around, and I am picky about car washes.  They actually get your car clean, and the "best" wash is two bucks cheaper than most other places.  This place is super busy and there is usually a bit of a wait, but the line goes pretty quick.

I feel weird reviewing a car wash,  but the service here is so good that I thought I would take the time to do so.   Most car washes try to push as many cars per hour through as possible,  but not here.  Even after long trips up north where my vehicles are covered in tons of bug marks, they take the time to hand scrub them very well before pushing you through the wash. 

I'm not sure what is different about their wheel cleaning setup,  but the wheel cleaners completely clean the whole wheels, and do not leave any dirt on them like the other 2 local washes.     

The only downside is they usually have a wait,  but I find that it is worth it.  I've brought three different new cars here over the last 4 years, and I've never had any car wash scratches.   I highly recommend this place.

I have never used the oil change portion, so my review is only about the car wash.

Stay far away from Town Center Auto Wash on Sashabaw in Clarkston.  They damaged my vehicle (tire) on December 30th.  After 2 weeks of calling (daily) I finally received a call back from the owner, Steve.  Other than not being able to communicate with their customers they were unable to show me the video of the incident.  Steve offered me $45 for a tire that costs $150.  I'm declining his offer and going to do my best to leave a review on every possible platform I can find.  What happened to honest people who stick to their word or service?   You have been warned!
