Best dealership hands down. The whole process was seamless and it was due mostly to MICHAEL LOPEZ. He is by far the most, pleasant and HONEST salesman I have ever encountered. Off that alone you should make Toyota of Santa Fe your choice but also request MICHAEL LOPEZ!!! I will be coming back and recommend this location to ANYONE. Albuquerque Toyota could learn a thing or two or three or four from this dealer! 5 star 10/10 service!

I can say I was very disappointed with my experience. I was at the dealer to trade in my vehicle and get a used nice Toyota Avalon they had for sale. While negotiating the trade in value of my vehicle, I was telling them it was the premium package and all the features it had. Our representative went to "talk" to her boss and they came back saying my car isn't the premium package and said they even called Nissan to verify this was true, of course offering less then what it was worth. At the moment, I believed them and accepted the  trade in offer they gave me and took the Avalon home. One week later, I see the car I traded in listed in their website as the premium package with all available options in its class. Why lie to its customers that what in order for them to give less money for trade ins? I do not think a reputable dealership like this one should lie like this. Moreover, I have been trying to contact the business person to cancel the warranty I had bought and have had the hardest times. I called several times, left several voice mails and he never got back to me in a period of two weeks. I had to take off from work one day to go to the dealer with the luck that he would be there. Luckily he was. Although I love my Toyota Avalon (and Toyota in general) I will not buy from this dealer again!!

I went in last Saturday to Toyota Santa Fe and I had the pleasure of having Erica and Shawn. They are amazing. They helped me out in such a big way. I can’t thank them enough for what they did. I was stuck in a bad situation and both of the Erica and Shawn helped me out of it. I just wanna say, go see Erica and Shawn to help you get a vehicle! They truly are amazing. Thank you!!!!

Our salesperson, Michael Lopez, was professional, courteous, and friendly. Michael has a good sense of humor and lots of patience. The dealership staff was also welcoming.
I prepared well by knowing what I wanted, and they had a vehicle that matched my expectations.
I received the price that I wanted and was able to complete my purchase. I would readily recommend to anyone in the market. Financing was done through them at the 0% interest rate.

I had a great buying experience at Toyota of Santa Fe. Erica Valdez is knowledgeable and friendly. She was patient with me throughout the process. Her and rest of the team went above and beyond to help me get a car and price I am very happy with. I was talking with a couple other dealerships in town, none of which were as customer oriented as these guys, and the excellent service I received is a large reason why I chose to buy from Toyota of Santa Fe!
