Mike and Sharon are amazing to work with! I needed not only a new bike but, I had a lot of specific needs and I was horrible at expressing my needs. Mike asked a ton of questions, had me try various bikes for size and etc...... the next thing I knew 4 days later, I had the perfect bike for me. I needed help with installing things so, when I picked up my new bike, he had everything installed and it was ready for the bike route. I wasn't but, the bike was! Mike even took me outside to offer me riding instruction with my bike since it has been years and years since I have ridden a bike. Thank You for everything and then some! I also enjoyed our great conversation too!

Repaired 2 bicycles the day before our vacation. The owners helped us even though the bikes were not purchased from them and were in poor condition and at a very reasonable price. Shop the Troy Bicycle Shop, you won't be disappointed.

My bicycle got a flat on the Great Miami River Trail (14 miles from my car) and I found this place through my smart phone. The service was prompt and the price was very reasonable. He also did some other work on the bike as it had been squeaking when I brought it in (it had been out in the rain and I forgot to re-lube) and was not when I got it back. I would definitely recommend as a reliable and trustworthy bike repair shop.

I had a flat on my way back from Piqua and thought I was going to have to walk back 15 miles or so to Vandalia. What a relief to come across this place! I only had $7 on me, but they were able to call my wife and accepted credit card information over the phone. What a lifesaver!

Did not feel like good customer service, despite claims on the website or the name of the store. I went to this bike shop owner's previous location when it was recently a few blocks down Main Street with my two young children. We were looking at the kids bikes and I pulled one out for my son to look at but didn't notice an orange flag tucked behind the metal rack that the bikes were displayed on. Unfortunately the plastic part that held the flag broke. The plastic part could be removed separately from the flag and might have cost a few dollars at most, but the owner made me buy the whole flag. I've decided not to purchase bikes, parts or service for my family from this owner again.
