Went in with a good idea of what I wanted. Came out with a great used bike just like I wanted and in my price range. Very pleased with the service. Thank you Bicycle Stop. 😁

Went in to try to find a bike for my 7y/o. The fellow there took a lot of time helping my son find a bike that he could ride well and grow with. We couldn't be happier. Awesome service and great products!

I first stopped into the Bicycle Stop earlier this week, just planning to browse. An employee approached me and started asking questions about what kind of riding I wanted to do, etc., and convinced me to hop right on a bike that fit like a glove. I probably would have been way too shy to ask to try one on my own, so I was really pleased she offered! She had me ride around the parking lot, showed me how to work the gears, all the while being very personable and informative. I decided not to buy the bike, and instead of being angry at not making a sale, she let me know what their hours were and encouraged me to come back and test the bike again. I returned two days later, had another ride around the block, and purchased the bike. I could have shopped around, but I knew immediately that this was the bike shop that I wanted to buy from and return to for all my bicycle needs. I was given a map of paths in Springfield, and given tips about riding in certain areas at certain times. I haven't had to get any sort of maintenance done yet, but I have no doubt that I will receive excellent customer service when I do. It's not very often that one receives service that was good enough to write a review about, but I did, and I will absolutely refer everyone I know to Bicycle Stop!
