Slimy, cheating, dishonest company.My experience was very similar to others posted here. I took out extra insurance with them to cover any contingency. During the two weeks I rented the car, I scraped the front fender while entering a parking bay at about 3mph. The damage was minimal. On returning the vehicle to the company at Miami airport, they demanded a $400 charge to carry out repairs. When I pointed out that I had bought all-inclusive insurance over and above the standard cover, I was told it was invalidated -- because I had not reported the incident to police!!! Yes,they demanded that a police report be lodged over a non-collision, non-injury, insignificant accident. Renters beware -- do not under any circumstances have any dealings with these lowlife fraudsters.

This rental company is Horrible.  We booked through Hotwire and did not know the agency we would have until we got to our destination airport.  The car was great but upon return we were late for flight and had to quickly return car without checking out.  I took pictures however for safe keeping.  I feel All Day waited to check our car in once they knew we were home. Five hours later we get charged for a new bumper which we did not damage.  Since we missed our flight we went to rental car place and confronted them and the manager asked me "What I was going to do about it" and "we were in such a hurry, it's out fault".  If we did damage it, we have insurance.  We were never even notified.  We have currently reported charges to our Credit Card Company which is investigating. Apparently they do the same thing all the time. Beware!!!
