it was an awesome find late last night and she was very sweet and had room for all 7 of us. It was big enough for us to all fit and sleep with no issues what so ever. Definitely a place we will remember when we come back down.

We haven't had the pleasure of meeting Joe as of yet.  However, Gloria is a very sweet manager.  We stumbled upon this location when we were on a spur of the moment vacation.  It has ended up being the perfect getaway for us.  This is not a place you want to stay if you are looking for 5 star hotel experience.  However, If you enjoy camping and just want some conveniences from home (refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove and a roof over your head) this is the perfect place!!

I have stayed there now 3 times just this year and going again this weekend and staying in one of the cottages.. I love staying there it is so peaceful nobody bothers you you don't have to worry about ppl partying and being loud.. And miss Gloria I love her she is such a pleasant woman never a problem with her and I have never has a problem with any bugs very clean... 😀😁

Joe and Gloria were sweet, but I wasn't paying for sweet. Uncomfortable at best. No hot water for shower. No internet. Feral cats under every cabin that keep you awake. For what I paid I could have had a nice room with a pool, wifi, and continental breakfast. First and last time for me here.

IT WAS/IS HORRIBLE. The grass was knee high. The owners were rude. The a/c doesn't keep the trailers at a comfy temperature. Trailer was infested w/ants. Bathroom shower would fit a midget perfectly. Anytime we called the owners with an issue they were extremely rude. I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me to
