I ordered 4 items off the internet, 3 of them were delivered today because we got the delivery notices. BUT NOT A SINGLE ONE WAS DELIVERED TO ME !!!
NOT ONE !!!
The neighborhood mailbox sets directly in front of our house, so these items managed to find their way halfway across the country and came within 50 feet of their destination before they found their way into the hands of an Olathe mail carrier and were LOST FOREVER !!! 
MORONS !!!
This carrier has been screwing up our neighborhoods mail for MONTHS !!!
And now this has cost me REAL MONEY !!!
It must be nice to be completely inept at your job, I mean a complete IDIOT and still keep your job. USPS Morons !!!

I have always found the postal employees at this location to be be very helpful and friendly. I stop in about once a month or so to mail a package or send an overseas letter. I think the Postal Service represents a great value. You can send a letter thousands of miles for less than 50 cents, and in many cases, shipping a small packages is less expensive than UPS or FedEx. Shipping materials are available and definitely less expensive than at other shipping companies.

I like the accessibility of this post office, but like most others the line can be long and the wait time extensive. The employees do their best and are good at their job. They are understaffed. Passports are also processed here so one of 2 counter people could be attending to passport processing. The exterior could use some sprucing up with weed eating and minor landscaping. The lobby usually has some litter but again, the main importance of the employees is to service the customers which I give them a thumbs up. We appreciate you!!

Every time I come to this post office it is a joke, understaffed as usual with a line out the door....and according to the web-site this is the best time to be here.

Really tired of missing mail. Packages that show delivered but never show up...debit cards sent from bank multiple times and still havent shown up...birthday cards never received....Carrier is either incompetant and cant read well enough to deliver to correct address or there is theft...Ive had enough and will be filing complaints.
