Huge Thank You to this staff for finding my package on Christmas Eve and making sure I got it. They were very busy and are working hard and took the time to locate a box that wouldn’t have come until after Christmas. One mama and one toddler will be very happy on Christmas morning!

The mail service in my city is atrocious. I typically get mail from other addresses. Of the five pieces of USPS mail I received a couple days ago, three addresses were represented. Three different addresses delivered to the same place! It's not the first time. When I called to let the local office know because they might be concerned and improve (yeah, right) I was put on hold...the wait time was 50 minutes. Seriously. USPS perpetually sucks.

I haven't been receiving my mail for quite sometime at this location. The first incidence of this was when I reopened my box and they didn't take the box closed sign off of my PO BOX.
 
PROBLEM 1 So, I paid for the box and my mail was getting returned. After dealing with that. My wife starts getting her mail so I think everything must be fine. I was wrong, I go back every couple of days for a few months and I'm still not receiving mail. 

PROBLEM 2 So, I call the location and a woman who has a bit of a tone tells me to call in the morning to speak with "Orlando". 

PROBLEM 3 As I type this I am on the phone on hold for "25" minutes waiting to speak with "Orlando".

For some of you 5 star people your experiences are the minimum every customer of the USPS should expect. The fact that I see countless 1 star ratings means the service there is sub-par and unacceptable.

This place completely and utterly failed in their duties. It does not take 2 months and 3 times of filling out the same form to get a mailbox key. The old white guy (John, I think his name is) needs to be fired. It should not require a supervisor to make a phone call to fix his repeated f-ups, yet here we are.

As many others have said in reviews, the staff is extremely rude. I didn't tolerate it and then I think they decided to hold my mail. The supervisor said it was there a day before I called and then when I went in on a Saturday morning it wasn't there 😡 odd.  So sad that this is the norm at most post offices. Why hide someone's mail? Why has it taken 2 months to change a lock on a mailbox???
