My package has been sitting at this location for a very long time. I had to go purchase the product I ordered at a brick and mortar because I could no longer wait. I have a business to run and when I tell my customers I'll have something ready for them I keep my word. Now I'm still waiting for a product I no longer need.  I'm not surprised that this location functions so poorly. It is in KCK after all. Do better. Seriously.

This Black Hole distribution facility is open 3 hours a day, 5 days a week. 
 I guess it's no wonder ANYTHING that goes into this place SITS for A WEEK MINIMUM before they decide to do anything with it!  Government efficiency at it's best.

I can't even have packages delivered to me in a timely manner because they all come through Kansas City and get STUCK at this post office for AT LEAST A WEEK every single time. I'd probably be more patient about it if they would answer the phone so that I could at least know WHAT THEY'RE DOING THAT TAKES SO LONG.
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that this POS place is only open for 3 hours a day.
Each package that I'm supposed to get is estimated to be here within 2 business days, but doesn't because it spends 1-2 weeks at this place. I'm about to just start requesting FedEx when I order stuff online from now on.
If I could, I'd just drive 2 hours to Kansas City and pick up my packages. It'd be much better than waiting weeks to receive them. I'll definitely be contacting the governor.

My package has shown there since Feb 8 and they don't answer the phone. I got a different number from a close post office and no one answers that number either.

Sent via priority mail on March 22, 2017. Supposed to be 2days and tracking said arrived at USPS facility on March 24th.
Today is April 4th and the envelop has NOT been delivered yet and remains at the facility. 
The tracking does not update beyond March 25th. I'm aware it's tax time and the volume is probably extraordinary but tax time comes every year at the same time.
