With my recent mobility issues, Steve and Keith made special efforts to get my latest two parcels to me.  Great service rarely seen today.

Nothing but positive experiences since 1994.
Still with painful mobility issues, I was unaware of  "Indigenous Peoples Day" yesterday and the counter was closed.  After knocking on the door, a young employee was willing to go ahead and retrieve my parcel. Great service from the mystery employee. Thanks again.

Love this post office. They went out of their way to locate and pick up and return a package to me. The address was labled wrong from.the sender but still went all the way out on their way. The customer service is always great and welcoming and helpful. So proud to have a great little post office here in De Soto Ks!

When I wasn't able to sign off for a package they put the paper that says they missed me in my mailbox instead of on my door, therefor I didn't know for a couple days that it wasn't here and I couldn't go get my package today because it's closed. I think it would've been much smarter and would've save me a lot of time if they would've put it on my door like it should've been

Bad attitude from the operator. I asked if they could call me whenever my package got in and he snapped back I will stick with Eudora now. That's not how you treat customers.

I think the hours of operation here are just terrible. 9-11 AM 12:30-4:30 PM?? how is a person who works 8-5 m-f supposed to get their packages? please change your hours. maybe make it 6am-9am and 3-6 pm....or start putting my packages on my front porch
