We had a big package delivered yesterday into our large postal top locker.  When I inserted the key it did not turn.  After waiting 35 minutes on hold, the USPS agent took my information and advised she would alert my local post office about the problem.  Now today, I got the key for the bottom locker and guess what?!?!?!  NOT TURNING EITHER!!!!!!  And I’m told my phone wait is going to be 60 minutes!!!!!  There is no other way to contact these people unless you jump in your car and go to the post office.  I am beyond angry and frustrated!!

They can never deliver packages to the right house let alone the mail. I've met more people just trying to get them there mail or the other way around. If the adults you hire can't read an address correctly after they run the same mail route day after day after day. Might want to hire people with common sense, and a sense of drive in there life. You guys are pathetic.

Most of people that work here are incredibly rude.   I understand that most of the people coming in are probably going to complain but still, you shouldn't make someone feel like a jerk just because they don't want to leave without their mail. I went in trying to find a package that had been marked as undeliverable because the address was wrong (note: the address was actually right). I had talked on the phone with USPS and Amazon and they assured me that the package would be at this location the next day.  So, 10 to 20 minutes of a hassle of them telling me that it wasn't there and getting different numbers from me (I will say I did write 1 number down wrong) and going back-and-forth and trying to find it she finally brought it out. She also brought out another piece of my mail that was going to be delivered that day. I stood there checking to make sure that this was the right item and she left the counter and came back about five minutes later. I asked if I was all set and she said, yes, you got your package you can go - in a harsh tone.  I responded, shouldn't you mark these as delivered or something and she said I guess so.....  I am always hesitant to come to this location and these interactions are why!! Get it together people!!

Very patient and polite folks. 10 minutes before closing on the Saturday before Christmas and they were still friendly and provided great service.

The mail is never delivered on time. 8pm is unacceptable!! Hire more people! I haven't been able to receive my disability checks and my bills are late because of your inability to deliver the mail properly! Skipping whole days on the weekends and not delivering a route at all is unacceptable! Not bringing a signature doc to my door to sign and just leaving a notice is unacceptable! Something needs to be done with this post office and it's employees!
