Horrible service!! Not enough employees for the customers! This is ridiculous. Over 40 minutes waiting in line. GET IT TOGETHER USPS!! Hire more employees

If I could give this post office negative stars, I would. I am getting married in March and sent my invitations out late January, I walked into the post office and put the invites in the slot inside. Someone in ST. LOUIS got that same invitation LAST NIGHT, that is March 14th. How it takes an invite a month and a half to make it 3 hours is absolutely ridiculous and beyond me. The exact same thing happened to my save the dates and I thought it was a fluke, I guess not. I will NEVER put my mail in the Lenexa postal service EVER again and if you value your packages or mail, I would suggest you don't either.

Completely incompetent. My package has been sitting at the facility for two days and they still won't deliver it or let me pick it up. It's no wonder everyone likes UPS and FedEx better...the post office is garbage.

It's not as good as I thought! I complained about getting letters that aren't mine and I gave them back. Still get those stranger letters and decided to throw them away! Now I own them some money for a package that I haven't even received? Who's package? And I had to pay  $11.95 for a stranger's package? These place really sucks!😨😨😨😨
