I would go to FedEx or UPS if I knew what would happen. THANK YOU TO MAKE MY PARENTS' BIRTHDAY SO UNFORGETTABLE! USPS front desk employees might be the most unprofessional group ever! First, they categorized gifts to my parents as "merchandises" so my mom has to pay extra tax while she received it in China. Besides, I paid $166 for 3 days international delivery but since the staff forgot to ask me to fill out another form so the package has been REJECTED and RETURNED to USPS. Did I pay $166 for the sloppy services, delayed package, and extra charges? Did the staff ever understand the difference between personal items and commercial items? While I questioned their manager about why I've never been asked to fill out the sheet, he argued that was my responsibility to ask for the form and filled it out. Believe me, if I worked in the post office then I would know it. IT WAS USPS RESPONSIBILITY TO TELL THEIR CUSTOMERS WHAT FORMS THEY NEED TO BE FILLED!

They purposefully leave their phone "off the hook." Call them any time of day, you will experience this problem. We have had/continue to have many delivery issues and I don't think we are alone. Instead of resolving the issues, they leave the phone off the hook to avoid them. Additionally, we asked them several times to come out to the parcel box to check for keys in the wrong box when we knew we had packages. In 3+ days, they couldn't manage to send someone out, nor could the ask the carrier to do so. Don't count on getting your mail or packages from this location. 1/3 of my packages have delivery issues. 2.4.17 yet another Saturday "guaranteed delivery" that shows as delivered but isn't at my house. 2.5.17 after complaining to amazon, 2.4 tracking now shows "handed to resident." 12.10.17 We have enrolled in informed delivery. Noticed 2 signature confirmation packages have been in transit from this location for over 2 weeks. When I called (surprisingly got through around lunch time after calling 5-6 times with the phone going unanswered), Robert finally answered and tried to tell me the packages didn’t exist. Finally after noting I can see them due to the informed delivery app, he told me “yep, they are lost” and to file a claim with the post office online. Thank goodness the sender paid for signature confirmation.

I think it's fair nowadays to compare USPS to DMV. Because they both suck. In the age of e-commerce, we don't go to post office to do much any more, let alone mailing regular mails. I had to ship a return package from a purchase made online. I printed my return label and brought the original packaging with me. The guy behind the USPS counter treated me like an idiot, asking me to seal the package myself and buy a roll of tape! Who does that! Everytime I go to UPS or FedEx they gladly seal the package for you and take care of everything! So needles to say, I took my package to a UPS store down the street and did my business there. Just FYI, UPS takes certain USPS mail, so I am going to avoid coming to this place like a plague. I hope they close down this location and teach those people behind the counter what is customer service.

I was waiting in line for 30 minutes on Saturday morning to pick up CERTIFIED MAIL - which the notice said would be available on 10/7 after 9:00 a.m. - only to be told they couldn't find it and I would be called on Tuesday! CERTIFIED MAIL - important and now they can't find it! Not good, PO!

Worst ever. Open 8:30 to 4:30. Good luck getting your package if you work. Mine was sent to the wrong address and put in a locker. Impossible to reach someone over the phone. There is nothing good about Usps.
