Reviews
I've had three packages that all failed to deliver due to their size. They will show that they signed it for "out for delivery" and it never left the office. Today, I had one that showed "out for delivery" and it didn't show up. So I went there, asked if it was back there, and the guy didn't want to check until I got a "failed to deliver" notice. It's pretty bad that they can't deliver items and they need to be picked up. Even If they can't deliver due to size, don't scan them as being in transit.
