What I like about this post office is that you can get in and out quickly with friendly service.

They would not help me to file my kids passport applications even though I had all the paperwork and necessary information with me. I didn't have an appointment but why had two employees standing there doing nothing.

They should get no stars. This is the laziest location they have. My company has a PO Box there for checks only, yet they continue to flip parcels with the street address into the box. Numerous complaints have been filed and the "Manager/Supervisor" that is put on the phone becomes belligerent. When this is explained. This is why people stop using them.

Supervisor/manager by the name Kathy has a bad attitude. Spoken with her on the phone about my case with two missing mail that never gotten delivered to the business. Had I been near her she would have gotten slap in the face! Her response to my problem was basically "so what." I do not like this location! I only visit it do to my business PO Box but will soon move it to a different location.

I called 16 times on a Wednesday and it rang for over 1 minute each time. No one ever picked up or called back until the 16th time when a man picked up who sounded like he was in the 4th grade.
