Someone needs to get fired... They are not delivering mail to me and are giving me notifications that it's delivered.. This has happened many, many times already. I've had mail that was delivered in someone else's box in the apartment complex. I need to be able to rely on the mail person to get my packages to me. Not give me a hard time and false information. That forces me to take a trip to the post office the next day. Don't put "Delivered, Parcel Locker" if it's not delivered! Make sure the package is in the right mailbox in the apartment complex! Stop making it hard on us and train the right people for this job.

There will be days when I dont get my mail. A package will say delivered but i wont get it until 2 or 3 days later. When i call them they ALWAYS give a lame excuse. This office needs a whole new staff, or they ALL need to take a class for customer service. And i have called the main office a few times and nothing ever changes. Im at a loss with usps.

This is the worst post office in Fort Worth, and with all of the low ratings, that says a lot. Last time I was there, no one was at the counter and there was a line into the lobby. We waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to finally come to the counter (this was at prime time - 3-4PM), and I was at the end of the line...no telling how long people were truly waiting. No apologies when someone finally showed, just a snide remark about there being a kiosk in the lobby people can use. The same snide comment when a second person showed. No one here seems to like their job, no one is friendly, and they certainly aren't in a hurry to help. The staff is always like this. I try to avoid this post office when I can.

I went to mail a package today. Was hoping it wouldn't take forever, and was pleasantly surprised at the quick service. The lady at the checkout was helpful, I wish I had gotten her name.

Rude staff.
Postman doesn't deliver the packages, just sticks a pink slip in the mailbox.
