All of my experiences with this particular office have been positive.  Sharon, the receptionist who helped troubleshoot a misunderstanding we regarding an Express Priority delivery, was respectful, patient, and professional over the phone.  She contacted our delivery woman (Sylvia) ASAP, who was sent within a matter of minutes, to help locate a delivery that was marked "arrived" on the website tracker.  When asked for support in their office, though packed, the employees were all courteous and helpful.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!! I live in the Bridge Hollow Apartments and my carrier NEVER knocks on the door to delivery my packages. Instead, they scan it "no recipient". I work from home so I am ALWAYS at home. And I have NO children so there's absolutely NO noise distraction that could cause me not to hear a knock on the door. Not to mention I'm on the 1st floor, so they are just being pure LAZY not to just walk up and freaking knock! I wish I could give them 0 stars. Sorriest post office ever. Smh

I love our post lady!!  With that being said.  The post office is a different story.  I had a package slip left in my mailbox saying package couldn't be delivered (needed signature).  Went to the post office to get my package and they can't find it.  Do they care not.  This is for my sons wedding on October 7th.  The package came from Turkey so shipping can take 25 days.  Now I don't have time to reorder the personalized cake topper...  AND THEY (the Post Office) CAN CARE LESS....

Isn't the pic that I just posted illlegal? I thought that all of your packages and letters were supposed to be safely inside your mailbox/mail slot.  My carrier does this all of the time!

I love this post office people think they are rude you have to build a relationship with them I love my mail carrier Omeka Johnson  alway make sure I receive packages timely thank you your the best
