Once again my package is missing. This make 4 total packages and I've lived in the area for one year. Never had issues with delivery until I moved near this post office. The worst thing about it is there is absolutely nothing you can do about it! You can't stop them from delivering your mail! Believe me I have already asked Amazon that they don't put a finger on my packages! Oh wait no there is something you can do, you can pay for insurance through them to protect your package from them!!! How ridiculous is that. If they weren't a mandatory carrier maybe they would give two S's about how they are perceived and may make an attempt to rectify an issue. If you have a package delivered by this post office cross your fingers and hope for the best. If they loss the package get ready to take it with no lube.

If i could rate no stars, i would. Such a horrible place. The mail carriers suck at delivering packages. Once again i have another lost or possible stolen package. Was told they left in a certain mail box at my apartment and was left a key. All the mail boxes were fully open, including where my package was supposedly left in. If i had a choice i would NEVER pick them as a sender to have anything delivered by. Employees are no help either when you go up there to ask about missing/stolen packages.

Never received my package. Watched the delivery man at my mailbox and he never put anything in it, yet he marked my package as being delivered to my address. Called the post office and they told me that it was delivered according to their GPS. I wish when I ordered products online that I could avoid USPS altogether. This isn't the first time I've had this happen. I've also had my packages delivered at the wrong address more than once.

To my surprise this wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. They didn't have great customer service but good for USPS standards. I normally give other USPS locations a one star because everyone knows why, however this one wasn't bad.

I am sometimes in this area and have been to this location twice in the past couple of months. First time, I was mailing a book by media mail. I told the clerk, "media mail please. It's a book." She then proceeded to read the rules and regulations to me as if I weee lying and said it was subject to inspection, etc. Wow, I would hate to see hoe she treats someone who IS lying. Second trip today, mailing a box in which I've already paid postage for and I politely asked for a receipt. She gives me one and then slings the box half over her shoulder to a bin behind the counter. I kind of shocked me. At least my local post office acts like they are treating out boxes with care. After these two experiences with the same woman, I'm not too impressed. You're in the customer service industry, lady.
