I have been here a few times to mail packages and every time the staff has been really polite and nice and helpful.

This is my favorite post office, the ladies there are so sweet, very knowledgeable, and always willing to help.

Although the wait is rather long sometimes, I usually have a good experience here. Made a buddy with one of the employees. However, a few times I've been spoken to/treated rather rudely. BUT a man that delivers to my apartment complex (I don't know his name) in 76109, I have seen TWICE sitting in the back of the mail truck playing on his phone, taking his sweet time not delivering my mail. I am virtually always expecting very important mail and for him to just sit there with no sense of urgency or regard gets very annoying. He's even watched me walk up to my box and check it when he knows he hasn't delivered anything. Very very annoying.

Horrible. USPS is a joke. Useless service. Useless people. Useless waste of $ for garbage. Customer service is clueless. Post office is nothing but a drain of money.
