How about this.....how about actually delivering my mail EVERY DAY???? Not twice a week. Cold blooded delivery person with no sense of duty and the staff just doesn't care. Inspector General's office will though. They deserve NO STARS!!!!

My package has not been delivered, has an ALERT message, and with no explanation.  I want my package back! Was on the phone for 40 minutes, got a case number, and no one has called me back as Veronica promised.... Im getting very frustrated! Please help! I am calling again now, and I will be on hold forever....

Was waiting on a package that I was tracking on the USPS website. It was marked as delivered, but no package ever showed up. I went into the post office three times trying to find out what happened. Eventually, they told me they had given the package to the wrong address. They claimed they would try to get it back and, if they couldn't, they would try to get a refund or a replacement and get back with me. That claim was over a week ago, the package was marked as delivered three weeks ago, and I have not seen anything resembling package or refund from the post office. The package they lost was a CD I ordered from a third party on Amazon. The disc is no longer in production and there aren't many left, so I don't know when my next chance will be to even order another one to replace the one they clearly lost.

Only go to Joe if you go to this location. He's always great. Or any of the guys, to be honest. Never let that old lady wait on you. She's completely incompetent and moronic. I paid good money for 2 day shipping and printed my own label at home, but this idiot didn't let me ship it out BECAUSE OF THE BOX. For context, I've used their boxes before, and when the other staff found out that I am a merchant, they actively encouraged me to use their boxes, even if I'm paying the postage online and printing my own labels at home. But no. Today, this moron claims that it's "not possible" to do. So yeah. This location would be great if she were fired. The guys are always great to husband and I, but she is the problem. Don't EVER let her wait on you.
