I went in about a week ago lady was very busy and seemed to be the only one working the counter. She was pleasant and went out of her way to get the info the gentleman in front of me needed to renew his passport. This young lady deserves a pat on the shoulder her line was to the door and she still was professional. You could tell she was frustrated but stayed professional. Thank you for your wonderful service that day

Their service is good till some thing is wrong then you can't even get in contact with them.

They seriously need more people at the front desk there is always a long line and only one person helping people. It takes forever!!!
