The people at this station are always helpful and friendly and willingly answer any and all questions regarding delivery, service, rates etc.

Maudell at the front desk was rude, barely looked at people, and acted as if the customers were an inconvenience. P.S. make sure you bring your own tape because they will not tape anything that is not priority mail and will charge you $3.50 for tape. I will go to the UPS store next time!

This was a quick trip. There was a little bit of a line when I got there, but it was moving. Even with one person at the counter. A second got behind the counter and was extremely helpful.

Staff at front desk area was rude. Refused to serve me. Bad post office.
Go to 63rd or 75th street post office for better service.

The parking lot here is tiny.  This is a hole in the wall of a post office.  During peak hours, it is best just going to the post office at 75th and Troost or on 63rd st.
