I'm missing multiple packages that are marked as delivered despite being home and checking regularly. Where are my packages? Did you ever actually deliver them and to who? I have never had a problem with the post office until this location. Multiple problems all the time.

Terrible service at the Blaine Post Office! Only ONE clerk at the front counter to help customers? Not acceptable! More than one potential customer walked out (without being helped) upset! I understand it's not the clerk's fault...BTW: The stamp machine in the lobby is NOT customer friendly...Go to Cub Foods service counter to buy your stamps!

Always a line but no issues with mailing my box. The gentleman that helped me was pleasant and helpful. Still a better option the the crooks at FedEx.

Packages are constantly being delivered to my neighbors houses and vice versa. Our mail gets put in the wrong mail boxes (which require a key) and when we do get a package that fits in our lock box, THEY NEVER REMEMBER TO LEAVE THE DAMN KEY in our locked mail box. It costs me money when I order things that FREEZE this time of year that are stuck in that box FOR DAYS because of negligent employees at USPS. I don't even want to talk about customer service because every time I do call I get transferred to someone else because it is always someone else's department and someone else's problem to help me find where they actually sent my mail. I am currently missing several packages that had tracking information that said they were delivered but chances are, one of my neighbors has it. I don't understand how people can't take pride anymore in their work and try to do a good job. If this occurred once in a while, I understand its human error. But this is ALL THE TIME.

Multiple packages lost, costing me hundreds of dollars. No other delivery service is this bad. Family that works in the postal service can't believe how bad ours is, they no longer send us stamped envelopes as they regularly get lost and never delivered. In order to send us any mail they have resorted to using certified mail to insure they don't lose anymore valuables to USPS incompetence. They have the most inconsistent delivery time, ranges from 9am to 3pm. It's gotten to the point where we just check for the previous days mail in the morning.
