Let me just start by saying that I work in customer service, I understand when you are working and are busy and having people from different sides of the room asking for your help. There is a way of treating people by simply saying “sir or mam I’ll be right with you, give me one second when I’m finished with this person i will help you next “ but no, everyone here is extremely rude especially JAVIER. Get it together, have patience because if I was your boss I would fire you on the spot. The lady next to me was ONLY ASKING one simple question which required a yes or no answer . No need to be rude. HORRIBLE.

I wish zero stars was an option
this is my 3rd time today visiting the post office due to me not getting mail.the supervisor there was very rude and like the previous person said dry.i went here 2 weeks ago  twice to see if there a hold on mail.i was advised no.the next day my landlord  told me the mail carrier advised  my mail is being sent back???but i was just advised no.ive always  expressed to them  i am waiting on an important document and i still dont have it.so today just like two weeks ago i was advised they will talk to the carrier...what a joke. you can never get them on the phones either btw.i hope i get my mail soon!!!

Came in to ship out Christmas boxes, great experience. They kept the line moving and were helpful.

I love when I'm having a wonderful day, walk to my nearest post office and approach the cashier/IQ of probably a rock, gives me attitude for no reason. Especially when I ask a question and I'm interrupted and talked over like I'm some type of scum. I just asked a question and don't need to be answered back like that. He has facial hair and wears his pants over his belly button. If you aren't happy with where you work and are going to give poor customer service don't work there. This is probably the worst customer service I've ever received. Avoid the man and it's probably a decent post office.

Very unfriendly , unhappy people working , fore  any postal office .
They Nat to helpful , when is Question
Comes up. And parking is , worst and dangerous . No one answering any phone calls , ringing fore hrs , with no answer.
