How is the dark skin women with gold hair still working there. I have seen her be cruel to children, and elderly. She is very confrontational. I should have recorded her behaviour towards these elderly people. I watched her chew them out and threaten them. She is a scrooge. Stay away from this post office, go to the one on priest. USPS should be embarrassed hiring her and keeping her for so long. Ridiculous. No respect. Those who have rated this post office 4 stars have not met the dark skin women with the gold hair.

Just spoke to a lady on the phone that was completely rude when I was nothing but nice to her. yelling at me with attitude "WHY DID YOU CALL THIS NUMBER?!THIS IS THE AWATUKEE LOCATION." Instead of saying "I'm sorry, you have the wrong location." But maybe you all need a class on how to talk to customers? Whatever lady was working today at 3:15pm should be fired honestly.

They work at the speed of a average post office, but when I was new at shipping they were there for me..they made sure I was getting the best deal I could and it was getting where it needed to be soon as possible. Good post office. Helpful. I can deal with normal post office pace. A+

I always have a great experience when I go to that post office. They are very professional and know exactly what the correct way I need to ship something. Always helpful and polite. I have never had an unpleasant experience there

A package was dropped off in one of the large parcel boxes, but no key was left in my mail box to retrieve it. Call usps and the wait is 30 to 40 mins.
