Relissa was courteous and efficient. I expected delays due to the holiday season but three employees were working the counter and kept the line moving briskly. Great service!

Whoever the mail man is that delivers my mail needs a serious attitude check. He got snippy with me for looking at the piece of mail I was signing for. It wasn't even my mail, it was something for my roommate so I wanted to know what I was signing for or even who it was even from. If he's in that much of a hurry not to spare the five seconds it takes for me to flip over and look at an envelope he needs to manage his time better!

There are one or two very grumpy employees at this location but for the most part they are very nice. For the record, in my opinion some of the customers are very rude so the employees deal with a lot. They have electronic kiosks to mail packages which is extremely convenient. Parking is not challenging at this location but people tend to back out of their space or pull into the lot without looking so be extra cautious when you leave.

My mail man can't seem to deliver a package to my address or mail box correctly. 3x in 6 weeks deliveries have been messed up. Either sent back for incorrect house number (it was correct), or delivered to the wrong house or box. So Frustrated!
