While at the counter trying to send off my package. I put the sticker with the address of the person I'm sending to sideways. The older ugly eastern Indian woman said to me, "Why don't YOU people ever follow directions and put it where it supposed to be?"....WOW!!! You people!!!
I asked her "Where do it says that on the envelope?"
She pointed to the area.
I told her, "I'm sorry I'm imperfect"
Then I said, "And I know most postal workers are PERFECT".... WOW!! she actually said, "You People"😕

The middle eastern lady and old white guy at the front need to retire they look so miserable and are no help plus super rude. Next time I need to go to this hell hole I will make sure to wait for the young man (Asian) he is helpful and nice.

I LOVE the employees at this post office. They are very friendly and work very hard. However, the building is very run down, usually has transients hanging out outside (they usually aren't a problem, but always ask for money). The only thing I really wish this post office had was an electronic kiosk to print stamps for packages. I thought they used to but they got rid of it because I think they said it didn't get used enough.

Not sure if she's Indian, but the customer service rep was unnecessarily rude. I simply was picking up a letter that was mailed to me, and required $0.42 in payment. The lady acted like it was an inconvenience to get my letter, and when I handed her a $5 bill, she didn't ask if I had anything smaller or a different payment method. She stated "Give me 42 cents!". I told her I didn't have anything smaller, so she asked if I had a card, in which I replied no (didn't have my card on me). I said "Is it really that much of an issue to give me change for a $5 bill?". I honestly think this lady does not belong in customer service, or at least not customer facing. I get that she may encounter different issues throughout the day, but she was rude to the people in front of me as well. Get her a different position or fire her.

I ordered something online and it shows I was suppose to get that delivery TODAY.  It shows it was delivered, however, I did not receive my item and believe the mail deliverer gave the key to the wrong unit.  I now have paid for something that is worth over $100.00 and may have gone to the wrong mailbox that will NEVER be returned to me.  HEY US POST OFFICE AND MAILMAN....YOU OWE ME 100 BUCKS!!!!!!!!!
