Might as well close their doors. Requested a replacement mail key for a tenant. Never had a problem getting one from any other Phoenix post office. Was told it would be resolved the same day and ordered or as late as Monday the following week. By Thursday still no word from them went in again and was told would get a call back the same day and it would be ordered. (why wasn't that done the first time) Still didn't happen called this time since another trip down there seems pointless and was put on hold wait time 30 min, waited 20 looked online and they close at 4:30 at 4:45 still on hold and probably would have died a slow death on hold. Still not resolved my poor tenant has been without mail for almost a month. Was told by the front desk "sorry carrier is out and she would get back to me, but not Monday because that is her day off. Pathetic. I was hoping not to have to pay this location another visit. Hopefully the manager I request to speak to handles a simple replacement key.

Sherry was very nice. She has been there a really long time and has some good ideas. Post office, please listen to your EMPLOYEES.

Package never came checked 30 minutes after saying arrived. No mail key. Post office says it was scanned in. Called in lady says she txted the mail man. Then tells me to check and ask my neighbors smh DO NOT GO HERE !!! DO NOT USPS AT THIS LOCATION ps I only put one star because I had no choice :(

This post office is absolutely horrendous. I had the misfortune of going today to try and mail a package via priority mail, and the rude and useless female employee with the dark brown shoulder length hair snapped at me stating "you have to buy tape, this is a store. I'm not helping you mail anything, do it yourself." She then demanded I tell her what's in the box after I already answered there was nothing chemical, and I told her it was hair supplies but she still demanded to know what specifically. She would not help me with the sizes of the boxes at all! I am contacting the post master tomorrow, she needs to be fired. The horrible reviews are true, believe them all!!

This Post Office is Absolutely Deplorable. My mail Always gets lost, weeks, months, and sometimes Never. I get my neigbors mail all the time and even ppl with no resemblance to my address bring me packages that was delivered to their mailbox. Full of incompetent people who Do Not take pride in their Work!!!😟
