Please fix the parcel drop off or put a bigger box on the other side. It has been blocked and stuck shut the last 3 times I've been there this month.

One time another customer knocked on the door for several minutes, asking for the parcel drop off to be cleared, and employees kept yelling from the back that they were closed. This is understandable but at least, listen and unblock it.

Another time I tried opening and closing the drop lever to free the package, because people were waiting behind me. A voice from an employee on the other side of the wall said "don't break that". Well, it wouldn't be a problem if we could properly drop off packages.

I called to report my carrier again. As my mail was opened! But couldn't get help from a human being to speak too! I'm irate and angry and now find that every holiday season my mail is broken into! This is uneceptable and needs to stop! Humans need to be hired to handle the phone systems ,!!! I'm so angry!

I had a really horrible experience. The gentleman I worked with offered absolutely no help. My package was lost and he offered no solutions or suggestions as to what I might do to resolve the issue. It was terribly disappointing.  I hope others do not have the same experience.
