I've been told by every piece of information regarding passports that I've read to make an appointment. Well I tried to call to do just that, the automated system would never let me speak to an actual person to make an appointment. 5 minutes on the phone with an automated system is too long and this one in particular was completely ridiculous. Obviously customer service is not a top priority for this USPS location.

For a Post Office and the pressure the staff are under , and their continuing efforts to keep up.with flow of traffic .  Catch Em  on a slower time of day, and you will be pleasantly surprised , how helpful they are.
So based on knowing this ,just had to give them 5 stars. And they do passports now  but make an  appointment .. . Busy place mostly

I went to submit a passport application during my lunch break on Friday. One of the two people who did passports left for lunch break. I wait in the passport line for over an hour, waiting for the family ahead of me to finished out their application/renewal. During this time, multiple people have come through the parcel line, meaning I'd been waiting there longer than anyone else. Family finishes, I go up to do mine, and am told that they are doing parcel line first (which at this point is out the door) as per policy (guess what, there were people in the parcel line when that family went up. I left then and there. Don't waste your time with this place like I did. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Mona and Greg are so helpful in sending packages. I'm very new at the process of sending packages to clients. Both employees have gone out of their way to be helpful. Thank you.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had. My package that I had been tracking was said to have been delivered only it wasn't in my mailbox so I'm told "go to the Gladstone post office so they can pull up the GPS and see where it was delivered". So I do and I'm treated like I'm lying by the supervisor and even ignored (the two young ladies working the front counter even noticed that) when I returned a day later to I could ask about reimbursement. The management here is rude and does not take their duties seriously and are an insult to the government.
