Our mail keeps getting delivered later and later.  It used to be delivered around Noon and now it’s closer to 5pm.  I had to go up to the post office last week and there wasn’t anyone at the desk.  Had to wait almost 10 minutes for service. Very poor service.  I’ve started taking my outgoing mail to the UPS Store.

I have to have medicines mailed to me thru this office and on several occasions they have either lost or misplaced my packages. I even went in and talked to the supervisor about this. The day I talked to the supervisor she said she would make sure it wouldn't happen again, then the next time I was expecting a delivery, and called she said they had nothing for me. So I had my pharmacy switch to ups to deliver my medications. The day after she told me there was nothing for me, the mail person showed up with my medication, but ups had already delivered it. Have heard other neighbors also complain about the service from this particular office such as, losing mail, mail being delivered to the wrong address, getting the wrong mail, placing packages in mail box and leaving other mail on the ground next to mail box. Not very professional at all, rude mail personal.

My mail comes after 5pm every single night. Two days ago it came at 6:55pm! I've had mail sitting in my box with the flag up for two days now. I am a stay at home mom, I have no car, I can't go out and search for a box to drop it in! My mail is time sensitive!not Thisridiculous. I haven't even seen the mail lady in the neighborhood the past two days!

Saturday - carrier left a note in mail box that we had 2 packages they were "unable to deliver"... we were at home, sitting in our living room, watched them deliver to the box, but they did NOT try to bring the packages to the door. No rain, no bad conditions, nothing. No information on redelivery slip like "Tracking # or Article Number(s)". Local post office would not answer their phone (during business hours) using direct/local phone number. I needed these packages TODAY... not 3 days from now when I'll have time to go there myself and pick them up! Will they reimburse me for MY time and gas?

I'm about sick of this "Delivered at/in mailbox at 12:46PM" when I've been home all day and didn't get a single piece of mail. Let alone the tracked item that they've now fraudulently marked as delivered. It's happened four or five times. Granted, every time the item has eventually showed up a day or two later... but don't mark the damn thing delivered unless you actually delivered it. You would think after the first time I complained about this the supervisors would put a stop to it. Quite frustrating.
