Denise was very short with me and extremely rude when I was seeking help for an important document I needed to send express which is something I had never done.  When I asked for details about sending express she just pointed vaguely towards one side of the building and spoke very quickly so I couldn't understand what she was saying.   I'll drive extra next time.  I understand why there's only 1.7 stars for this location.

It took two weeks to get the keys to my mailbox so I had to have them hold my mail until then. When I stopped in to pick up my mail, they said the carrier must not have received the hold notice which meant that the mail was in the box that I had no keys to. I went back the following week, got the keys, checked the mailbox....EMPTY. So I had to go BACK to the post office to find out where my mail was and it was sitting right there in the back. I was expecting a package today, tracking says they tried to deliver it this morning but couldn't get access to the front door or security gate...we don't HAVE a security gate or door that requires access. Nobody even tried to deliver it. And since it's a Saturday and they close before I get off work, there's no telling when I'll get my package. I've lived in a lot of places and NEVER have I ever had so many issues with a post office.

Updated: after I called the automated line to schedule redelivery for next Saturday, they left the package at my door on TUESDAY when nobody was home. 

Updated December 9th: Once again, I have a tracking status that says my package was left at my door at 6:50 pm on December 8 and that's a lie. I checked the mail at 8 pm on Dec 8, at 8 am and 4 pm on December 9, it was still empty. Finally got mail at 7 pm but NO package. So I guess all I can do now is hope it shows up sometime this week. In the meantime, I'll have to rent a mailbox at the UPS Store just so I can get my mail. Someone needs to look into what's going on at this post office and a lot of people need to be FIRED. No amount of retraining can fix laziness.

We had our passport applications  submitted from this location. They knew exactly what was needed and how to do it, so the process went as smooth as we could possibly hope for. They also have a very convenient set of drive thru mail drop boxes that are right off Armour Rd.

This is the third time that my package says it's out for delivery and it's day 3 and still no package. Then they said they attempted to deliver and left a notice, (LIES). Wow someone needs to be honest. This is a big problem and needs to be fixed. 10-11-17 update: still lying about packages being delivered and there's nothing delivered. I'll be waiting on a package that's out for delivery and the mail carrier comes and no package and then they will say it has been delivered in my mailbox or front door and there is NOTHING. I have to call to get my packages. This place needs to shut there doors. 0 stars

They’re just sad. Bad business I’ve been in my apartment for almost 3 months now and I’m still waiting for my mailbox key! Is it that hard to make a new key wow just sad I have important things that I have to wait to get bc they want to take there precious time
