The Ottawa Kansas Post Office has the worst customer service representatives I've ever experienced beside the local Walmart. I've been waiting on my Christmas package since 12/22/17 which was delivered to the completely wrong City and then sat there over Christmas until I caused a stink. After tracking down my package in Olathe Kansas it was sent to Ottawa only for me to be told by a slip being placed inside my PO Box, it's too large for my Box and to bring the skip into one of the rude clerks in order for them to give me my package. I called and told them to put my package in a parcel box! So today I get there and my rent is due before the 10th which today is well within my grace period and my box is locked!!!!!!!!! No one but a truly EVIL HEARTED PERSON does THAT! I DESERVE MY CHRISTMAS PACKAGE That WAS SHIPPED TO ME 12/20/2017! LAST YEAR NOW!!!!! I'M Calling the corporate office tomorrow and someone will have my package available for me to pick-up when I get home from my hour commute! I have high blood pressure and heart palpitations and right now I feel like I might have a stroke I'm so mad!!!! What has happened to our postal services??? Ottawa Kansas Post Office you get a big red F (for You Flunked this test!) on this report card!

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. Postmaster is a real a hole and does not know what customer service is. Package delivered to wrong address and he won't send his people to get it and will not do anything about it.

Been calling and calling off and on all morning long as no one ever picks up my call. I had a package that supposedly got delivered yesterday as it shows "delivered at unit" at 3:17pm yet no package is in there. I'm sorry but I can't physically go into the post office as I work 6am-430pm Absolutely ridiculous!!

The hours on this site as well as other sites are incorrect. They are not open until 5pm M-F. They're open until about 4:20pm though the door says 4:30pm.
