A package was accidentally placed in the wrong mailbox but the service was great. Amy called the delivery person right away and he check every other mailbox to ensure that I received my package. Both Amy and the gentleman were very friendly and helpful.

This post office is the WORST I've ever has the displeasure of doing business in. The staff is rude and incorrigible. In speaking with the manager of the office I understand why. This man is rude, ignorant and  highly UNPROFESSIONAL! If you complain on anyone there they will hold and return your mail if you have not picked it up in more than 2 days. This is the largest, incompetent group of individuals I ever had to deal with. I feel sorry for the community that has to ge there fir services. The ENTIRE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT team needs to be let go and replaced with customer friendly and knowledgeable work staff nd management team! AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST!!!

USPS delivery in my neighborhood has been extremely sporadic lately, coming at anywhere from 1-7 pm. USPS decided to not deliver any mail today which sucks because they are legally contracted to every weekday until 8pm with the exception of federal holidays. I had two packages that needed to go out today and I relied on USPS to come pick them up and they did not. Staff at this location is rude. I really like my regular mailman that's the only reason I am giving a two star rating otherwise it would be one star. Pick up the slack USPS.

Yet another fail. They claimed to have delivered a package to the front office today, the thing is the front office isn't open on Sunday's, and in fact is closed for 3 days due to labor day. Plus the item is only about 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch and requires no signature so if they actually did deliver it they would have simply put it in my mailbox. Why deliver a tiny item to the front desk? Here's why, the driver obviously lost my package, lied and said he delivered it to the front office so he could blame losing it on them. These people are horrible. And neither myself or amazon can get anyone on the phone because their awful IVR is just an endless loop of stupidity.

They were going to try to deliver my packages to the apartment office, which I knew would be closed. I called customer service to ask them to simply hold at the post office and I'd come pick it up. The person spoke next to no english and could not communicate. They just kept repeating gibberish. I tried to use the website, which kept giving me an error on the delivery instruction page and wouldn't ever work after they told me i had to 'use website." So then i got someone else who said there was no package, yet i'm looking at the tracking info. They said to call in the morning. I called, and after screaming in the IVR for 20 minute finally got on hold for a person...50 minute hold, so the package was already out for delivery by the time someone finally picked up. The customer service was atrocious.

*edit* I left a note on the apartment office door to please call and the actual mail-man did. He was extremely helpful and made sure I got my packages. The people who staff the customer service lines are awful but the people who actually deliver the mail are very nice and good.
