So upset with this delivery office. I had a prom dress ordered and shipped a month before my prom, it was to arrive five days before. I check the status that continuously check it says undelivered until two days before prom, according to the tracking. My package was never delivered, nor was there a notice saying that they had it. A week later I had to be transferred between three offices to find my package is in a different districts office??? Now for the second time, I had a package ordered that was said delivered on 7/6/17. It is now 7/15/16 and there has been no package or notice. I'm put on hold just to be told there are no couriers available. Why didn't they start with that? So upset right now.

The person who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. Told me I had to call my "local post office" but did not volunteer a phone number. They need people who are more empathetic.

This post office has the worst customer service that I have seen.People are so rude need to close this one down and just start getting mail from the Southaven post office.

Apparently when your regular carrier goes on vacation, you are refused pick-ups until they get back. We are a business and we use USPS quite a bit...until today. The absolute moron I spoke with told me we COULD NOT get a pickup until our usual carrier returned to work, unless I was to pay someone overtime to sit and wait on them to show up whenever they damn well pleased. It's no wonder USPS loses billions of dollars a year with service like this. They forever lost our business today.
