They never answer the phone and they aren't very helpful. The carriers are lazy, too. 

Update: I returned the same location later and was assisted. The carrier brought my package to me, before closing. So I was pleased with the final outcome. I'll add 1 more stars.

I try not to go here unless I have to like when I get a pink card to pick something up. I generally go to other post offices where they are friendlier​, more knowledgeable and helpful. I have no problem with my mail carrier, she is very pleasant.

It should be no reason why I've been calling for over a week and the line has been busy from open until closing time. I've been waiting for over a WEEK for my packages to be sent back out like I was told and haven't received ANYTHING!!!

I've said it and I'll continue to say it... Professionalism is NOT a duty in the work place NO MORE. Customer Service training is not enforced. Unfortunately people freely engage with Co workers &customers as they would an outside associate. Welcome to today's world!!!!!

THIS PLACE ROCKS! I live in Nottingham, MD and the post office their SUCKS!!!. 1800 E Northern Pkwy THANK YOU FOR FINDING MY PACKAGE AND NOT LEAVING IT TO THE JERKS AT NOTTINGHAM. MUCH LOVE!
