The postal workers that deliver to our house are very incompetent, we get mail for other people in the general area that have a same last name, or a house number that is similar. Makes me wonder where my mail winds up in the neighborhood. Having a literacy test might be a real good idea when hiring these folks. I have left packages with a HUGE sign stating "not at this address." They never picked it up, I had to take it to the post office. Suggestion: take the earbuds/blue tooth out, talking on the phone and please do your job properly.

Staff will not answer phone. I am trying to get a mis-delivered package picked up by carrier for 3 days I left it behind screen with note and the carrier would have to trip over the package to deliver my mail.They have to be ignoring reading the note and bending over to pick the package. What's more it was a 2 day delivery. Fix your mistake please. Update. After a call to the Postmaster General in STL on the 7th day the mail carrier would not pick up a 2 day delivery missdirected package they would have to have tripped over. It finally got picked up on the 9th day. If I did my job like this. A 2 day delivery being 10 days late . I would lose my job.

Regularly get neighbors mail and mail from BLOCKS away. Have gotten several calls from utility companies and creditors for non payment of bills that DIDN'T GET DELIVERED. If I don't get a bill, I don't know what to pay, so it goes upaid until I get a call or a resend of a bill. Many "guaranteed deliveries" don't show up on time, some times if ever. The staff inside are usually pleasant enough if I need to go there, but the carriers must be 3rd grade dropouts who regularly season their dinner with paint chips. When we get certified packages that are supposed to be signed for, the door is never knocked on, and four days later I can finally go into the office and get my package. When I lived in the county I never had problems like this. It would be nice if these people would take their jobs seriously. They certainly get paid enough to give half a damn, at least.

Staff here are rude as hell and they have terrible customer service. I hate coming here. I probably won't be returning to this location.
