They lost a package of mine, and the tracking number says "in transit.  With a expected delivery date 4 days ago.". How are they still expecting to deliver my package 4 days ago?  Does the USPS have a time machine? Is doc Brown working for the USPS?

A lack of professionalism, accountability, and malfunctioning operation system. I was highly anticipating my package to arrive. Notification for delivery was made on the automated tracking response. I waited all morning for the delivery individual to come to my home. No ring, No doorbell, no sound. I went out to check every hour and no sign. Around 11am, I go out to check and see a slip on the ground stating that a delivery attempt was made. In actually, no delivery "attempt" was made. Coming by and leaving a slip on the ground is not a delivery attempt. Actually, knocking or ringing the door bell is what constitutes a delivery attempt. 

The extra bit of frustation is that the item is required to have a signature confirmation. With a working job of 8am-6pm, there is no way to be at home to receive the package (esp. when the deliverer does not attempt to ring the door bell or knock). In addition, picking up at this postal office location is laborious because I'll have to leave work early and wait close to an hour to pick up my package.

Overall, a frustrating experience that is completely unnecessary.

Very pleased with the service.  Amazed when the line is very long.,, the Postal employees are very calm.and remain kind, pleasant , and extremely professional. They ROCK!
