When I've gone in to buy stamps or ship something, I typically had no problems. When I called to ask if they had passport applications though, no one answered the phone even though at least one person was there, and when I asked her about this in person, she simply told me that she usually doesn't bother to answer the phone even if she hears it ring. I've dealt with bad customer service before, but this "I don't give a damn" attitude could only be surpassed in professionalism if the people who worked here cussed you out and told you to kill yourself when you asked for help. Okay, maybe if they punched or shot you, that would be worse, but now this hypothesis is getting ridiculous. Case in point, don't bother going to this location unless all others are out of your way.

This is a great location and adds convenience to the neighborhood. It's a small one to two employee operation. So the can be a wait.

If you want your mail delivered, don't live in the city! How much they get paid and all the benefits they get... And I don't get my mail and if I do they shove it in the box. Changed mail people 4 times in the last year. Good Job US postal service in St Louis.
